MOUSE DEUBIQUITINATING ENZYME UBH1 PROTEIN AND CDNA ENCODING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A mouse deubiquitinating enzyme UBH1 protein and cDNA encoding the same are provided, thereby accomplishing the study on metabolism, especially protein metabolism, associated with ubiquitin, and diagnosing and treating male sterility. CONSTITUTION: A mouse deubiquitinating enzyme UBH1 protein has the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 comprises cysteine(Cys), Aspartic acid(Asp) and histidine(His) domains preserved in ubiquitin-specific processing protease. The cDNA encoding the mouse deubiquitinating enzyme UBH1 protein has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.
