PURPOSE: Provided is a photosensitive thermosetting composition, which permits inorganic microparticles to form paste with little or no solvent, and shows excellent fillability into a depression or a through hole, curability to the core portion and firing characteristics without generating separation or cracking of a pattern or bubbles. CONSTITUTION: The core-curable type photosensitive thermosetting paste composition comprises (A) inorganic microparticles, (B) a polymeric binder having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 300,000, (C) an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound, (D) a photoradical generator, and (E) a thermoradical generator, wherein the component (B) is dissolved in at least one kind of the component (C). In the paste composition, the mixing ratio of the polymeric binder (B) to the ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing compound (C) is 100:50-2000.
