PURPOSE: A hydraulic control device of an automatic transmission and a lockup control valve are provided to improve the control stability of the lockup clutch by absorbing pulsation of the signal pressure from the lockup solenoid with a spool during rotating at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control device of an automatic transmission comprises a torque converter(1) having a lockup clutch directly connected to an engine and the automatic transmission, a lockup solenoid valve(71) outputting the signal pressure to control assembling of the lockup clutch, a lockup control valve(100) outputting the assembling pressure of the lockup clutch based on the signal pressure, and a control unit controlling the lockup solenoid valve. A torque detecting unit detects input torque of the torque converter, and the control unit regulates the signal pressure of the lockup solenoid valve according to detected torque. |
