PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push up safely a disk to above an inner rotor without applying side pressure to the lower side outer peripheral edge of the disk when the inner rotor is rotated and restored to a closed position of an opening part of the lower shell. SOLUTION: In this disk cartridge in which a disk 4 is placed movably up and down and freely rotatably in an inner rotor 11 housed between the upper and the lower shells 2, 3 freely rotatably, and which is provided with the shutters 12, 13 opening and closing an opening part 3b of the lower shell 3 by rotation of the inner rotor 11, also the cartridge is provided with a disk pushing up part 25 which is arranged at an outer peripheral part of the inner rotor 11 and moved in the up and down direction, which is raised when the inner rotor 11 is rotated and restored to a closed position from an opening position of the opening part 3b, is contacted to the lower side outer peripheral edge 4e of the disk 4 from the lower part, and which pushes up the disk 4 to above the inner rotor 11 as it is.
