PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write at one time in the same book data of different forms and different kinds delivered from different delivery sources. SOLUTION: A plurality of writing areas WA are designated in a book formed by an application part 16 (a spreadsheet software or the like) to form a template book TB by an information setting part 11a beforehand, and information for showing the combination between the kind of delivery sources (a programmable indicator 2 or the like) for delivering data and the kind of data forms for collecting the data is set in the writing areas WA by an OCX or the like. When a delivery condition set beforehand is satisfied, a data delivery part 27 of the programmable indicator 2 delivers a command together with a delivery trigger. A command execution part 11c executes the command or a command generated by a command generation part 11b, requires delivery of the data to the programmable indicator 2, and performs processing of writing the acquired data in the writing areas WA in an output book OB formed from the template book TB or the like, or the like.
