PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strengthened molded product suitable for use in interior and exterior finishing components of a motorboat, a vehicle, etc., by improving a strength of an entirety and incorporating a high resistance force to an impact to be received from an exterior in a molded product produced by reaction injection molding. SOLUTION: The strengthened molded product 1 is produced by introducing two or more types of liquid raw materials each having reactivity at a high pressure in a mixing chamber, collision mixing the materials, injecting the mixture in a sealed mold, and reaction injection molding to reactively solidify the material in a short time. A mesh material 3 is buried as a reinforcing material in its interior. The material 3 can be formed of a synthetic resin different from a synthetic resin of the liquid raw material or a metal material by weaving or integrally molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
