PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defrosting controller and a facility equipment monitoring system capable of controlling a defrosting control condition. SOLUTION: A defrosting control panel 30 is provided with a communication part 31 and a defrosting control part 33. The communication part 31 obtains a refrigeration defrosting indication signal 20a and a freezing defrosting indication signal 20b by communication with the controller 20 indicating defrosting in a refrigeration show case 11 and a freezing show case 12. The defrosting control part 33 performs heteronomous defrosting control which is defrosting control of the refrigeration show case 11 and the freezing show case 12 based on the obtained refrigeration defrosting indication signal 20a and the freezing defrosting indication signal 20b.
