PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient cooking stove of high heat efficiency having a flame leakage preventing function. SOLUTION: A gas passage body 6 of ring shape is provided to surround a cooking pot P placed on a trivet 4. The gas passage body 6 is divided in two upper and lower chambers which are an inflow chamber 6a in the upper stage and an outflow chamber 6b in the lower stage. An inflow port is annularly opened on the inner peripheral side of the inflow chamber 6a, and an outflow port 6d is annularly opened on the inner peripheral side of the outflow chamber 6b. Combustion exhaust gas and outside air are sucked from the inflow port 6c and allowed to flow out of the outflow port 6d by a fan 7. An air curtain can thereby be formed around the cooking pot P to prevent the flame and heat of a burner 3 from leaking outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
