PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of difficulty in specifying a direction of a disc nut by a conventional anchor device. SOLUTION: This anchor device is constituted of an insertion member 4 providing a bag part 3 at an angle in the lengthy direction of a drum part through a bendable part 2 on a head end of the tub type drum part 1, the disc nut 6 having a screw hole 5 at a part projected from this bag part 3 and a seat member 7 to externally fit and insert into the tub type drum part 1 and is provided with a holding means 8 to hold the seat member 7 in a fall-stop shape on an inner peripheral surface of this seat member 7 and an outer peripheral surface of the tub type drum part 1, the seat member 7 is constituted of a cylindrical part 9 and a thin disc part 10 provided on one end of it, and the disc part 10 has a longer side long in a direction orthogonal with the lengthy direction where the disc nut 6 is projected.
