PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a septic tank sanitation truck capable of making 100% use of a capacity of the tank of a coagulation reaction room coagulating and reacting sludge of a septic tank by making vacuum agitation. SOLUTION: A by-pass pipe 30 is connected between a main manhole section 12 located on the upper part of the coagulation reaction room 11 and the upper part of a sludge storage tank 21 by a truck having the coagulation reaction room 11 and the sludge storage tank 21 in front an behind, and an opening and closing valve 31 and a check valve 32 are provided on the by-pass pipe 30. An increased amount of component in excess of a predetermined full amount of the dust in the coagulation reaction room 11 is made to make vacuum suction into the dust storage tank 21 through the bypass pipe 30 to make full use of the coagulation reaction room 11 at 100% of the capacity of the tank.
