PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely clean an asphalt emulsion fixed in an emulsion circulating passage in a short time after finishing spraying of the asphalt emulsion. SOLUTION: This vehicle has the emulsion circulating passage having a forward pipe for supplying the asphalt emulsion to an emulsion spray bar 13 incorporated with a spraying nozzle 13a from an emulsion tank 11 for storing the asphalt emulsion and a backward pipe for returning the asphalt emulsion to the emulsion tank 11 from the emulsion spray bar 13, and mounts an emulsion spraying device connected to the emulsion circulating passage via a cleaning liquid pipe and connected with a cleaning liquid tank 18 for storing a cleaning liquid for cleaning the inside of the emulsion circulating passage on the emulsion circulating passage.
