PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed cleaning device for a fluid jet loom enabling sure cleaning of the reed with a simple structure in high efficiency. SOLUTION: The reed cleaning device is provided with a plurality of ejection ports 22 formed on the reed-holding part of the loom at prescribed intervals along the length of the reed 16 and directed toward the part near the weft-flying path of a reed dent 12, and a cleaning fluid path 24 connected to the ejection port 22, formed in the longitudinal direction of the reed 16 and passes a cleaning liquid or a cleaning fluid such as air for the reed dent 12. The ejection ports 22 and the cleaning fluid path 24 are integrated with the holding member 14 of the reed dent 12 or attached to the reed holding device 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
