PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance load efficiency by increasing the number of shelves in a cassette device for plate material storage. SOLUTION: A plurality of rollers 9 for supporting plate materials 8 are laid between side faces 7a of an enclosure 7 so that they are aligned on a plane. The plurality of rollers 9 are disposed in tiers between the side faces 7a of the enclosure 7. By rotating rollers 9 on a desired stage, plate materials 8 on the stage can be carried in or out.
