PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium gift with a CD including the CD or the like set on a protective mount and partially including a ceremonial paper string decoration for the purposes of wiping off a conventional image, differentiating from other articles, improving the name recognition by users, and communicating convenience and practicality to customers. SOLUTION: The premium set with the CD or the like includes the CD or the like set on the protective mount, and partially includes the ceremonial paper string decoration. The set is constituted of the rectangular mount (22) and the paper string decoration (25) formed in an arbitrary form. An adhesive plate (15) provided on the mount and an adhesive piece (15a) provided on the decoration are glued to each other. The CD or the like is fitted into a fixing mount, and the mount (22) is two-folded toward the rear face of the decoration via a crease (t).
