PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting table device for a vehicle capable of establishing a horizontal table area, being reduced in size for storing, and having a large table area. SOLUTION: A plate member 11 is engagingly fixed to a rotation plate member 12 by using a support lot, and an angle adjusting movable member 24b is buried in a longer edge member where the plate member and the rotation plate member abut to each other. In the angle adjusting movable member 24b, by rotating a knob 21 of an angle adjusting device 2, the rotation plate member 12 can be made horizontal table area. Moreover, the plate member 11 engagingly fixed to the rotation plate member 12 by using the support lot is rotatably connected to the rotation plate member 12 by a hinge 5.
