PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer controller with a simple structure, a low energy consumption, and a low cost. SOLUTION: An actuator MG having a stator and rotor and functioning as an electrical motor or an electrical generator is disposed between a first torsion bar B1 and a second torsion bar B2, composing a stabilizer. The first torsion bar has one end supported by an under spring member at a one wheel WR side, and the other end connected to the stator. The second torsion bar has one end supported by an under spring member at the other wheel WR side, and the other end connected to the rotator. Intermediate parts of the first and second torsion bars are supported by the upper spring members, respectively (via support members S1 and S2). Based on at least one of the detection result of a moving state detecting means VM and the detection result of an operation state detecting means, a control means (ECU) makes an electrical circuit EC to be open or short-circuit.
