PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic punching device capable of forming a deformed hole having an inclined punching face in a series of processes of hydraulic punching. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a hydraulic means for imparting a hydraulic pressure P to the inside of a hollow member 10, a punch 40 having a leading front periphery composed of a non-shear edge part 40A, and a driving means which performs punching, after semi-punching by advancing the punch 40 to thrust into the hollow member 10, then by retracting the punch 40.
