PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sealing sheet whose joining and installation work can be carried out in the state that the sheet is extended straightly and to provide its installation method. SOLUTION: Floats 3 extended on the top face of a sheet main body 2 along the width direction are attached to the cutoff sheet 1 by hanging tools 6 in freely detachable manner and the floats 3 are characterized in that they are attached to the sheet main body 2 at proper intervals in the longitudinal direction.
