PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent dew condensation by heating a heat radiation plate mounted on the inner surface of a lid uniformly over the entire surface. SOLUTION: A rice cooker is provided with a lid 2 to be opened and closed with a back part as a fulcrum to a main body 1, a heater cover 5 having a heating means is provided on the bottom surface of the lid 2 and the heat radiation plate 7 is attachably and detachably mounted facing the heater cover on the bottom surface of the lid in the form of being energized in front and back directions. In the rice cooker, both or one of the heater cover 5 and the heat radiation plate 7 provided on the bottom part of the lid 2 is deformed and the relative distance of the heater cover and the heat radiation plate on a cross section is formed to separate them at a center part and bring them closer on both left and right sides. Thus, when the lid of the rice cooker is deformed in a warping direction by initial use, the gap of the heater cover 5 and the heat radiation plate 7 is fixed over the entire surface and the stable heating state of the heat radiation plate 7 by the heater cover 5 is obtained thereafter.
