PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breadbaker for easily baking pieces of bread of approximately V-shaped section with different size through eliminating oil greasiness. SOLUTION: The breadbaker for baking pieces of bread of approximately V-shaped section comprises a lower mold 3, an upper mold 6 and a sheathed wire heater( heating means ) 14 for heating both of the lower mold 3 and upper mold 6. In this breadbaker, the top face of the lower mold 3 is provided with upward projections 11 of approximately chevron-shaped section with a necessary length enough to place a bread dough material 17 thereon, and one side of the upper mold 6 is pivoted on the lower mold 3 so as to be turnable upward and the underside of the upper mold 6 is provided with upward recessed grooves 15a engageable on the upward projections 11 from above with a margin so as to form a baking space of approximately downward V-shaped section between the recessed grooves 15a and the upward projections 11.
