<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping management system for improving a customer service and customer service efficiency in customer's fitting and purchase or the like by shipping merchandise housed in a warehouse adjacent to a store from the warehouse as necessary in response to a request from the customer in the store. <P>SOLUTION: This shipping management system is provided with a plurality of information terminals 1A and 1B, a tag reading device 3, a tag issuing device 4 and an information network 2 connecting the plurality of information terminals 1A and 1B. The tag reading device 3 is connected to the information terminal 1A being one of those information terminals, and the tag issuing device 4 is connected to the other information terminal 1B. The tag to be used is used as a non-contact radio tag, and provided with a rewritable information storing part and a display part capable of rewriting display corresponding to the stored information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
