<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely store a vehicle to be loaded in a packing box when loading the vehicle in the packing box from a rear side. <P>SOLUTION: Longitudinally extending side walls 7 provided at both side ends of a loading deck 1 of a vehicle can be turned between an upright position extending upward approximately perpendicular to the upper face of the loading deck 1 and an inclined position inclined at a preset angle C with its upper end moved outside from the upright position.
