<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat control system by which seat availability is exactly grasped. <P>SOLUTION: The seat control system includes a personal digital assistant 101 having a radio communication function and a position information providing function and a reservation control server 102 controlling reservation information on a seat ticket. In reserving the seat ticket via the personal digital assistant 101, inherent identification information on the personal digital assistant is transmitted to the reservation control server 102. The reservation control server 102 controls the seat availability based on coordinate data on present position information on the holder of a reserved ticket having the personal digital assistant 101 obtained by using the positional information providing function of the personal digital assistant 101 and a reservation fulfillment site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
