<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide traffic facility users with information of a time of recovery from a fault and of an optimum route to a destination and a transportation time when the operation of the traffic facility delays or stop due to the occurrence of the damage. <P>SOLUTION: User terminals 10 of the traffic facility users are connected to a server 20 via the Internet 40. The server 20 has an inferring function 28 for obtaining a distance measure by comparing relevant attribute data relevant to new fault with relevant attribute data relevant to past fault, and inferring the time of recovery from the fault on the basis of the obtained distance measure, and a route calculating function 29 for calculating a faster method for transport to the destination out of a substitute route transport and a recovered railroad transport on the basis of an inferred result and information on traffic facility users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
