PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for appreciating a drama, a movie, or the like joyfully without damaging the atmosphere, etc., of language learning and an original language by adding a function for automatically switching multiplex voices according to a desired time length and a desired time ratio. SOLUTION: A multiplex voice switching device is provided with a selecting means for alternately and automatically selecting one type of voice signal between two types of voice signals according to a preset condition. More concretely, the device is provided with an input port for inputting the two types of voice signals, the selecting means for alternately selecting one type of a voice signal between the two types of voice signal inputted from the input port, and an output port for outputting the selected voice signal.
