PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, surely, and easily replace an existing computer with a new computer without stopping equipment in a plant over a long period. SOLUTION: Received data from the existing computer 22 is transmitted to existing equipment 21 through the transfer switch means 8 of the new computer 23, and stored in a second data storage means 10. The received data from the existing equipment 21 is transmitted to the existing computer 22 through a data transfer means 3, and stored in a first data storage means 2. The data transfer means 3 is set so that data is transmitted to movement software 4 and the new computer 22 when the movement software 4 is switched and, after the replacement, transmitted to only the new computer 23. The transmitted data from the movement software 4 is stored in a third data storage means and, after its identity to the data stored in the second data storage means is collated by a data collating means 11, transmitted from a transfer switch means 8 to the existing equipment 21.
