PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver automatic installation system enabling a user to dispense with a labor for installing a driver for newly-connected peripheral equipment on a client computer, when the peripheral equipment is newly connected to a network. SOLUTION: When detecting connection of the new peripheral equipment on the network (S1), a server computer acquires the driver for the newly-connected peripheral equipment and network connection information, or the like (S2-S5), generates an installer for the newly-connected peripheral equipment (S6), and transmits the installer for the newly-connected peripheral equipment, the new driver and a connection module to the client computer (S8).
