PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel mounting structure facilitating the formation and the mounting of a soundproof panel and having an inconspicuous means in relation to the mounting. SOLUTION: The soundproof panel mounting structure is not required for providing any cover material 2 to each bolt 5 because of covering a plurality of bolts 5 with one united cover material 2, and labor required for providing the cover material 2 can be decreased. Since the cover material 2 is pivoted on the soundproof panel 10, the cover material 2 can be opened and closed with a shaft 3 pivoted from this side of the bolt 5 as the center, and it is opened to widen a space for using the bolt 5 to facilitate the mounting of the soundproof panel with the bolts even if a distance between the cover material 2 and a through-hole 1 is separated from each other.
