PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably jet a liquid by simplifying a body structure including a liquid supply passage and the like, and reducing jetting failures because of a supply failure of the liquid. SOLUTION: In the liquid jetting method, a jetting liquid and a foaming liquid are separated by a movable film, and the movable film is deformed by making the foaming liquid foam through heating, whereby the jetting liquid is jetted by a pressure by the deformation of the movable film. In the liquid jetting method and the liquid jetting head which carries out this method, the foaming liquid is sealed in a space formed by the movable film, and at the same time, a deformation amount when the movable film is deformed by the foaming of the foaming liquid is regulated.
