<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify fixing work by reducing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible film-like harness 1 is provided with a harness part 2 formed into a band-like shape; an elastic extension part 10 formed in the widthwise direction from a predetermined region in the lengthwise direction of the harness part 2; and a mounting clip 4. The formation part of the extension part 10 is housed in a housing space 7 of a frame 5. The extension part 10 is caught by an inside wall 7a of the housing space 7 while returning to its original state by restoring force in the housing space 7.
