<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order data management apparatus capable of rapidly and accurately coping with a request from a customer for the provision of information such as foodstuffs for cooking and an order for specific foodstuffs. <P>SOLUTION: An order input device 101 comprises an input means for requesting information on cooking and a means for inputting the order of foodstuffs. A data input device 102 comprises an information holding device holding the information on cooking and an analysis means for analyzing the order of the foodstuffs. The request for information or the order inputted from the order input device 101 is inputted into a data control device 102 through a communication route. The data control device 102 analyzes the request or order, retrieves the held information, and returns the results to the order input device 101.
