<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly decide conditions for laminating a ceramic green sheet, in a method for manufacturing the laminated ceramic component. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the laminated ceramic component obtained by thermally contact-bonding/laminating the ceramic green sheet, then cutting the laminate to a desired shape and firing it, the ceramic green sheet is formed by mixing a ceramic powder prepared so as to reach a specified composition and a binder solution and the conditions for laminating the ceramic green sheet are decided based on a loss tangent obtained from the measurement of dynamic viscoelastic properties of the ceramic green sheet after measuring the properties. In other words, the temperature for laminating the ceramic green sheet is decided at a level higher by 30°C±5°C than a temperature at which the loss tangent is maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
