<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a flexible optical disk in which a recording film is deposited by a vacuum process, capable of suppressing the temperature increase of a film surface as much as possible while securing necessary rigidity during recording film deposition, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible optical disk in which a recording film is deposited by a vacuum process is constructed in such a manner that two films different from each other in thickness are stuck together, one film forms a pregroove and a pit to form a recording film, and the other film is stuck to the recording surface side of the film forming the recording film to adjust rigidity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
