PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fire-preventive construction of a quasi-fire-resistive building in which little labor is used while members can be saved. SOLUTION: A gypsum board 23 on one surface of a wall panel 20A or the like in which the gypsum boards 23 are stuck on both surfaces is notched in the side face shape of a stairs 10, and one bridgeboard 11A for the stairs 10 is fitted to the notched section 23A and struck by nailing and the stairs 10 is installed while the gypsum board 15 is stuck on the underside of the bridgeboard 11A for the stairs 10. Accordingly, the fire-preventive construction can be formed with little labor, a woody cement plate need not be mounted as seen in conventional devices, and the members can be saved.
