<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technology to calculate the production costs for each of the kinds of parts in a production system for producing various products by producing various parts, and combining the various parts. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means for measuring resource quantity inputted for production by each of production units where inputted resources are decomposed into units to be spent on the production of whole shipping parts, a means for storing the unit price of the inputted resources, a means for calculating the production quantity of the parts produced by the inputted resources by each of the kinds of parts, a means for storing the proportional division rate of the inputted resources to be spent by each of the kinds of parts, and a means for calculating the parts production costs for each of the kinds of parts by the production units from the inputted resource quantity, the inputted resource unit price, the parts production quantity of each of the kinds of parts, and the proportional division rate of each of the kinds of parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
