INFORMATION ACQUIRING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION ACQUIRING ROUTE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a traffic produced by the acquisition of contents into an original server by a cache server or a split server from largely varying from a predicted value in designing.

SOLUTION: The contents are acquired through a network to which a client requesting the acquisition of the contents is grouped. If the client requesting the acquisition of the contents is grouped to a network different from that to which a client requested the acquisition of the contents previously is grouped, even if the contents are already stored in a contents storing means, the contents are acquired again through the network to which the client requesting the acquisition of the contents is grouped.
