<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform warning of the abnormality of tire pressure and identification of the abnormality of a tire by warning the abnormality of the tire pressure when an driver gets in a vehicle from the outside or gets out of the vehicle to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a transmitter for transmitting the tire pressure measured by a pressure sensor, a portable device having the function of locking/unlocking a door of the vehicle, and on-vehicle equipment for determining whether the tire pressure is abnormal or not with a signal from the transmitter and for driving the lock of the door with a signal from the portable device. The on-vehicle equipment has a recording part for recording the abnormality history of the tire pressure, and it searches the abnormality history in the recording part during communication with the portable device and transmits a tire pressure abnormality signal to the portable device when the abnormality history exists. The portable device warns and displays the abnormality of the tire pressure on a warning display part in accordance with the received tire pressure abnormality signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
