PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve quality and reliability of a product by preventing failure of eccentricity compensation while reducing vibration and noise remarkably. SOLUTION: In a motor having a track groove including a plurality of balls of rolling elements for compensating eccentricity and a turntable including the groove, when an unbalanced displacement is brought about by movable elements in the track groove by friction and centrifugal force at a motor starting time, a guiding part of collision scattering having a height deviation is formed on one sideface of the groove in such a manner that a recoiling phenomenon is induced between the movable elements to be separated via a constant interval between the movable elements.
