PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ride plate positioning mechanism for a small surface boat capable of reducing a load of an operator and improving the operability. SOLUTION: The ride plate positioning mechanism 30 for the small floating boat 10 has a ride plate 31 removable from a boat body 11, included in a bottom part of a water jet propeller 17 at a bottom surface 15a of a stern 15. A pair of right and left positioning protrusions 32 and 32 are integrally formed on the ride plate 31.
