PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for nonmagnetic single-component development with which superior images can successively be obtained without causing deterioration in picture quality such as filming and image fogging even when the toner is sued for a nonmagnetic single-component type developing device. SOLUTION: The toner for nonmagnetic single-component development contains a binding resin, a black coloring agent, and a negatively charged electric charge control agent; and the black coloring agent is a multiple oxide of two or more kinds of metal and contains Al (aluminum) as constituent metal.
