PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device for displaying effective information when the communication terminal device can be connected to a receiving side communication terminal device that is unconnectable when called. SOLUTION: When a call is made to find the receiving side communication terminal device unconnectable, an incompleted call data registering device 11 inputs data such as a purpose and business about the call from an input device 5 and stores the data in an incompleted call database 12. When the receiving side communication terminal device becomes connectable, an incompleted call data retrieving device 13 reads the data from the incompleted call database 12 and displays the data on an output device 6.
