PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate with outstanding moisture/temperature conditioning performance which is used for enhancing comfortability in various fields of use applications such as an article for seating, bedding, carpets/rugs, housing, the interior trim of a vehicle, construction-related members, medical care members and desiccants. SOLUTION: This moisture/temperature conditioning laminate has an air-permeable sheet (A), an intermediate layer containing a high moisture absorbing/releasing fine particle and a binder resin and an air-permeable sheet (B) and/or an air-impermeable sheet (C). The content of the high moisture absorbing/releasing fine particle in the intermediate layer is 40 to 3,000g/m<SP>2</SP>. The laminate also has the air-permeable sheet (A), the intermediate layer containing the high moisture absorbing/releasing fine particle and the binder resin and the air-permeable sheet (B) and a fibrous structure layer (D).
