摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white color light-emitting organic EL element which exhibits excellent thermal stability and high light-emitting characteristics and can easily be produced, and to provide a new organic compound capable of being used therefor. SOLUTION: The light-emitting layer of the organic EL element has a laminate structure comprising two or more layers whose each layer emits different color light and which totally emit white color light. Concretely, for example, a blue color light-emitting layer and an orange color light-emitting layer containing compounds A-1, A-3, respectively, are laminated to totally emit white color light. The new bis (2-fluorenyl) amino-diphenylboryl-arene derivatives including the compounds A-1 and A-3 have excellent light-emitting performance and excellent thermal stability, and can therefore be used as materials for general organic EL elements. The bis (2-fluorenyl) amino-diphenylboryl-arene derivatives further have excellent electron transport capability, excellent hole transport capability, and the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
