PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost required for the connection of pipe materials and to provide a sufficiently large connecting strength. SOLUTION: This pipe material connector is provided with a connecting pipe 2 fitted in respective ends of a pair of pipe materials P to be connected respectively and an enlarging means 3 enlarging the connecting pipe 2 by the increase in the diametrical dimension, pushing the outer circumferential surfaces of the connecting pipe 2 toward the inner circumferential surfaces of the respective pipe materials P, and connecting the respective pipe materials P to the connecting pipe 2.
