PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive rachet type one-way clutch by miniaturizing the device and reducing the machining. SOLUTION: A carrier member 19 supporting a planetary gear 20 of a planetary gear device 16 is integrally provided with a first plate 23, the outer circumferential part of the first plate 23 is radially outward projected from the planetary gear device 16, a ringed second plate 25 is faced to one surface of the first plate 23, one and the other of the opposed sides of the first and second plates 23 and 25 are provided with a pocket 24 and a notch 26 respectively, and the pocket 24 stores a sheet strut 27 and an elastic body 28 projecting and energizing the circumferential one end of the strut 27 in the direction of the notch 26.
