PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect operation states of an engine and correctly set maintenance timing of the engine by the precise detection. SOLUTION: This invention includes a rotation number counting means 7 for counting rotation number of the engine 1 and a rotation number adding means 8 for adding the rotation number counted by the rotation number counting means 7 and displays the accumulated rotation number which is added by the rotation number adding means 8 on a display means 11.
