摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve control device of an internal combustion engine for improving controllability by improving calculation accuracy of a learning value when controlling opening of a throttle valve by using a learning value by learning reference opening of the throttle valve. SOLUTION: This throttle valve control device 1 of the internal combustion engine 4 has an FI ECU 2 and a DBW ECU 3. The DBW ECU 3 calculates a first control full closure leaning valve THL1VZR according to an engine water temperature TW and battery voltage VB based on a first full closure learning value THL1VZRN learned in this time operation of the internal combustion engine 4 and a last time value THL1VRZO of the first control full closure learning value stored in an EEPROM 2a of the FI ECU 2 in last time operation of the internal combustion engine 4 (Step 43 to 45), and controls the opening of the throttle valve 7 by using this first control full closure learning value THL1VZR.
