PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a grip in a neutral position to a position suitable for driver's preference driving posture and operability by making the grip position in neutral position adjustable in a steering handle for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The steering handle for the vehicle provided with grips 15, 16 is provided with an adjusting means composed of a worm wheel 25 and a worm gear 26 or the like capable of adjusting rotation position of a swing shaft 21 integrated with the grips 15, 16 and capable of adjusting grip angles of the grips 15, 16 in relation to steering lever 12, 13 to make position of the grips 15, 16 in the neutral position adjustable.
