PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent penetration of rainwater or the like into a joined portion. SOLUTION: In molding a wiring board 7a by insert-molding, a hole-side projecting part 4b is provided either in the periphery of a retaining hole 4a for the wiring board 7a provided in a first plastic component 4 or on a second plastic component 1 opposite to the hole, so that it can come into contact with the joining surface of the other side. By impressing an ultrasonic wave on the joining parts of the two plastic components 1 and 4, the hole-side projecting part 4b is melted and thereby the periphery of the retaining hole 4a in the first plastic component 4 and the second plastic component 1 are joined to each other.
