PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely cut off paper even if there are no tools such as scissors, a cutter or a cutting machine. SOLUTION: Jaggy cutting edges K12, K24, K31 and K45 having handles are pushed down or slid in a longitudinal direction without completely cutting paper to freely form a perforation-like cutoff line K51 in the paper so that the paper can be easily cut off even without any tools such as a cutter or a cutting machine when cutting the paper.
